Shipping & Pickup
Currently, we offer in-store pickup for online orders. Delivery options are under consideration, please follow us for updates.
Pickups are available at our store. Simply select your pickup time during checkout and present your confirmation email when you arrive.
For online orders, we recommend at least 24–48 hours. Custom cake orders may require 3–5 days' notice depending on design.
Yes! You can choose your preferred pickup date and time during online checkout.
We will safely store your order until the end of the business day. For late pickups, please call us so we can make arrangements.
Billing & Payment
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
Yes, you can pay in-store if placing your order in person. Online orders must be prepaid.
Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Custom cake orders are non-refundable after preparation begins.
Yes, a receipt is emailed to you after your online purchase. You can also request a printed copy in-store.
All prices exclude tax unless otherwise stated. Tax is calculated at checkout.
Allergies & Ingredients
Some of our pastries contain nuts or are made in a facility where nuts are handled. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
Our classic French cakes are not gluten-free. However, we occasionally offer gluten-free options, please contact us to check availability.
We currently do not specialize in vegan or dairy-free pastries, but we are happy to advise you on suitable options from our selection.
We do our best to accommodate allergy-friendly requests but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
